“Good and affordable”, a pure cancellation product with a 20 % excess.
The Hotel Cancellation can be taken out for trips costing up to € 5,000.-.
Hotel Cancellation Plus
In addition to cancellation, also includes the following services: trip curtailment, delayed arrival, involuntary extension of holiday as well as search and rescue costs including helicopter rescue.
The Hotel Cancellation Plus can be taken out for trips costing up to € 10,000.-.
Hotel Cancellation Premium
In addition to the benefits of Hotel Cancellation Plus, this insurance also includes special cover and extensive benefits following an accident, such as transport to hospital, the cost of initial medical treatment, home transport or additional return travel costs, collection of vehicle following loss of driver and plaster cast payment.
In addition, further 21 reasons are covered in the event of the cancellation or curtailment of a trip, for example illness of care personnel, of work colleagues, illness of dog or cat and many more.
The Hotel Cancellation Premium can be taken out for trips costing up to € 15,000.-.
You can also offer guests who require a visa the Welcome-to-Austria option.
This provides your guests with a visa without you having to issue an “invitation and sign a declaration of obligation.

Option „Link“ – Conclusion by the guest
We will send you a link, provided with your agent number, which you can place on your website and/or in your e-mail booking confirmation.
You point out to your cancellation conditions on your website or in your booking confirmation and refer to the possibility of hedging.
Your guest is directly routed via a "mouse click" to the insurance conclusion for the selected product and takes out the insurance by credit card payment or direct debit.
After completion of insurance, your guest will receive an e-mail confirmation including the policy number.
As our partner, you will receive a commission statement on which the name of the first insured guest, the policy number, the premium and your commissions are can be seen.
The commission will be transferred to you.
