Plug-ins from the networks Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram are used on our website.

Facebook Pixel

On our website, we use the Facebook Pixel of Facebook, a social media network of Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2 Ireland.
The code implemented on our website can evaluate the behaviour of visitors who have come to our website from a Facebook advert. This can be used to improve Facebook adverts, and these data are collected and stored by Facebook. The collected data are not visible to us; they can only be used in the context of the placement of adverts. The use of the Facebook Pixel code also means that cookies are placed.

The revocation does not affect the legality of the data processing that has been performed on the basis of the consent prior to the revocation.
In order to provide you with information, we process the contact data that you provide on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a of the General Data Protection Regulation. The provision of the data you provide is required for this purpose.
We store the data you provide until your revocation.
The data you provide will not be disclosed to other recipients.

Contact forms

Our website includes contact forms for inquiries and consultation requests, complaints and claims.
In these forms, you can enter various personal data, such as your name, address and contact details, as well as information about your interests or concerns.
These data are used by us pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit b of the General Data Protection Regulation in order to answer or handle your request or concern as quickly as possible. The provision of the data you provide is required for this purpose.
We store the data you provide for a maximum of three years after your request has been fully handled unless the data needs to be processed in the context of an insurance contract. In this case, the data processing information contained in the information sheet available above regarding data processing for insurance contracts applies.
The data you provide will not be disclosed to other recipients.

Competitions

On our website, there may be forms for participation in competitions.
These forms provide the option to enter various types of personal information, such as your name, address and contact details.
This data is used by us pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit b of the General Data Protection Regulation in order to run the competition as well as to inform you about any winnings. The provision of the data you provide is required for this purpose.
We will store the data you provide until after the completion of the competition at the latest, unless statutory retention requirements apply.
The data you provide will not be disclosed to other recipients.

Your rights

By means of the contact information provided above, you can request information on the personal data that we store regarding you. In addition, under certain circumstances, you may request the rectification or deletion of your data. Furthermore, you may have the right to restrict the processing of your data as well as the right to the disclosure of the data you provide in a structured, common and machine-readable format.

If we have received your data and process this data on the basis of consent provided by you, you can revoke this consent at any time, with the result that, upon receipt of your revocation of consent, we will no longer process your data for the purposes stated in the consent. The revocation does not affect the legality of the data processing that has taken place up until the revocation.
