Are non refundable services also insured against cancellation with Complete Cover?

In the event of a non-arrival, we reimburse both 100% of the cancellation costs of the non refundable services as well as the respectively valid cancellation rates of the other services.

Is it possible to conclude a travel insurance policy with cancellation protection after booking the trip?

Yes, in the event of the conclusion of insurance policies after booking the trip, the cancellation insurance protection first begins on the 10th day following the conclusion of the insurance policy (with the exception of death, accidents or natural disasters. Ideally, the booking of a trip and the conclusion of an insurance policy should take place on the same day.

How is the trip price defined?

We understand the trip price to be the total amount of the booked travel/flight/arrangement (including all possible booking fees).
