It's that easy
Click on the “Traveldoc” button in the Europäische-app and the data you have provided, such as your name and policy details, as well as GPS, will be transferred. An experienced doctor will call you back within a guaranteed 30 minutes. Or you can call the European Travel Insurance service hotline +43 1 50444 00 directly, enter your details and then receive a call back from Reisedoc. Video chat is also offered via a secure connection.
Advice around the clock
The advantages of the “Reisedoc” are obvious: there is no need to visit the doctor at your holiday destination, there are neither language problems nor long waiting times. Holidaymakers can enjoy medical advice at Austrian standards at any time, conveniently and safely from their hotel room. Small aches and pains are clarified in the early stages in order to contain any deterioration. Should emergency medical treatment prove necessary, the patient will be forwarded directly to the tried and tested operations center and accompanied until they return home.
