South Styrian Wine Route
The famous South Styrian Wine Route connects the five municipalities of Straß, Ehrenhausen, Leutschach, Arnfels, and Oberhaag. There’s plenty to discover along the route—on foot, by car, or by e-bike. From beautiful vineyards and breathtaking hilly landscapes to orchards, a bear enclosure, charming accommodations, and great restaurants, you’ll find a wide variety of offerings.
Herzerlstraße
From Gamlitz, the route to the famous Herzerlstraße leads through Sulztal on the Wine Route, past beautifully placed rustic taverns nestled in the vineyards. The Herzerlstraße encircles a Slovenian vineyard and is a popular photo spot. Naturally, the ideal selfie point is right next to one of the taverns.
